Departure to Lake Alajuela in the Chagres National Park. From here a motorized canoe will take you along the Chagres River to the Ember\u00e1 indigenous community. There is a wide variety of activities to participate in the community, such as visiting different huts (traditional indigenous cabins) and learning about the lifestyle of the locals, walking along the “path of medicinal plants”, in which you learn about the use doctor of the plants used by the Ember\u00e1 and a visit to the waterfalls of the “la Bonita” river. A typical lunch based on fish and fried plantain is served on a banana leaf in the community, while a local resident gives an account of the Ember\u00e1 culture and history, as well as making a presentation of the materials and techniques used for the Traditional crafts manufacturing.
